To use this “Try 3D On U” feature,

• Ensure proper Lighting on your face.

• Once the face frame colour changes from White to Green,  Click on “Scan Your Face” Button that appears on the Screen as shown below in Picture A.
  
• On Scanning, the Best Size that fits your face will be recommended instantly on the screen as shown below in Picture B.

STEP 5:

• Please ensure and take care NOT TO MOVE OUT OF FOCUS OF THE FRAME.
• Immediately after Size is recommended, you will find a default design Mask of your befitting size will be virtually positioned on your face on the screen.
• You will observe all the other colour variants at the left bottom of the screen on which if you click, the corresponding colour mask comes on your face.
• You may continue the above process for trying out any colour, any other variants / styles on the website.

 

STEP 6:

• Once you have decided on either or colour of the Mask of your liking you may proceed to click on Buy Now button which is displayed at right bottom of the screen while you are seen on the screen wearing the Mask of your liking.
• On clicking “Buy Now” button, you will be taken to the product page for further selection / processing of your order.

No, the size recommended and size measurements of other brands do not match our size specifications.

The design of the shape, structure and construction of the Face Masks are different by different manufacturers / brands in the market. It may also be possible that the designated sizes such as S,M,L etc are different for different measurements.

Hence, it is very important to ascertain your size correctly with reference to the measurements and information provided by us for our Masks on our online store.

We are not responsible for any wrong size orders placed by you on the basis of Size of the other brand you have used earlier.

The Fitment of a Mask on the Face is extremely important to derive best results of Protection and Breathability. It is recommended that a Face Mask must have a Snug Fit on the Face. Else there is no provision to exchange for the size if you have not procured “Size-Trial-Pack”.

The “SIZE-TRIAL-MASK” is a One-Time-Usage & Disposable product.

It is neither recommended for Re-Use nor recommended for regular use like a face mask. Every “SIZE-TRIAL-MASK” bears a warning on it.

Re-using of “SIZE-TRIAL-MASK” IS A STRICT “NO”

• For any other member within the family if symptoms of infection are seen.
• For any friend / close relative / associate after usage or trial by one person.

However, though we do not recommend re-usage, in case of a single family, where the members are with certainty & verified as being free from infection / symptoms including asymptomatic status of infection, if you wish & are insistent, you may retain the “SIZE-TRIAL-MASK” after disinfecting it either by a disinfection spray or UV treatment for further size verification of a family member only. The customer will be doing so at his/her own risk.

Fairy masks are made of either 3 layers in case of Elegant Regular or 4 layers in case of Premium. In all variants of Fairy mask, the innermost layer of fabric that comes in contact with skin is a very soft, feather feel surface finish, moisture absorbent, skin compatible fabric. Additionally the fabric is treated with anti-virus which not only keeps it free of infection but also odour free.

The Mask once delivered, cannot be exchanged or returned if the seal is opened. However we provide an one time opportunity to exchange for an alternate size if you have ordered wrong size subject to the package being un-tampered and in the original condition. The courier charges for the Exchange / Returns shall be borne by the customer.

For selection of the correct size that fits your face there are 3 Levels of knowing your correct size which is described under ” How do I know my exact size of Fairy Masks that fits correctly ? OR How do I order correct size of the Mask ?”  under FAQ.

The best way to avoid opening the package for ascertaining the size and ending up with non-returnable or exchagable situation is by placing order for the Size-Trail-Pack at a marginally incremental cost which you are cautioned & prompted at the checkout.

Yes you may cancel your order placed but only within 24hrs of placing the order proir to intiation of dispatch from our end. . For all cancelled orders Refund is processed automatically. Refund amount will be after deduction of bank transaction charges if any.
