We are a business that supplies school uniforms to students in affiliated schools. Each student is assigned specific uniform items, and payments are collected directly from parents or guardians.

To streamline the payment process and improve tracking, we use Razorpay Payment Links. For every student, a unique payment link is generated with the exact payable amount based on their uniform requirements.

The payment flow is as follows:

Student details (name, class, required uniform items) are recorded in our system.
A unique payment link is generated for that student.
The payment link is shared with the parent/guardian via SMS/WhatsApp.
The parent/guardian completes the payment using Razorpay’s secure checkout.
Upon successful payment, we receive confirmation and update the student’s payment status.

All payments are made by end customers (parents/guardians) for the purchase of physical goods (school uniforms). We do not facilitate wallet transfers, peer-to-peer payments, or any form of money circulation.

This system replaces manual cash collection and QR-based payments, ensuring better tracking, transparency, and convenience for both parents and our operations team.
